Our Austin Healey panel kits are all hand crafted using the same materials the factory did.  
Earlier cars like this BN1 use 1/8" Baltic Birch Ply; each hand cut, sanded & sealed with shellac before trimming.

Depending on the panel specs, we also use some Masonite or black hardboard for our panels. Following the factory practices exactly...

We've sourced the original type of non-stretch English Vynide to trim our panels in, including the stretchier Ambla type vinyl used on BJ8s...

Of course we also produce accurate panel kits for some of our other favourite British classics, such as the Mk 1 MGB, as well as many other makes and models.

Tar panels for the cockpit firewall for right hand drive 100/4 1955 are they available and what is the cost delivered to Coromandel Valley, South Australia?
